Brunatos was born from the vision of the Beria Family, whose travels sparked a deep appreciation for pizza craftsmanship around the world. From the airy Neapolitan crusts of Italy to indulgent Chicago deep dish and the effortless charm of New York slices, every experience brought a little inspiration home.
Why shouldn’t Jaipur enjoy the same authenticity and artistry?
That question sparked a dream: a place where true pizza traditions meet the ease of quick service, with quality at the heart of every plate.
To bring the dream to life, the Beria Family collaborated with Chef Abhishek Sharma. His craft and creativity helped shape a menu celebrating global techniques — from slow-fermented Neapolitan crusts and generous Chicago-style layers to classic, foldable New York slices and Italian favourites such as panuozzo.
Paired with specialty coffee and thoughtfully crafted desserts, Brunatos is a tribute to the Beria Family’s heritage, palate and belief that food brings people together. It’s Jaipur’s gateway to a global pizza journey.
